Hire prices
A full site booking provides exclusive access to our grounds, woodlands, meadows for groups of up to 20 guests. It includes hire of: Kula Dome, Grub Hub, with access to a kitchen where caterers can prepare food and refreshments, accommodation is charged separately:
Mon - Thurs: £375 per day
Fri - Sun: £1,295 per day
Fri - Sun inclusive: £2,295

Accommodation can only be booked alongside a full site booking. It includes seven domes, sleeping 14 guests. It also includes a separate flat for up to 2 x facilitators with a bathroom and kitchen. Minimum two night booking.
First night: £1,550
Additional night(s): £850 p/night
Find out about the Tea Hut
The Tea Hut, along with a selection of delicious teas and coffees, is included in all Full site bookings. Additionally it can be hired hourly for meetings or added as part of day retreat bookings:
Full day: £15.00 per person
Half Day: £8.50 per person
Hourly: £7.50 per person
Outside spaces
Woodland and Dias are included in full site bookings. They can be hired separately Monday - Thursday
Mon - Thurs full-day: £120
Mon - Thurs half-day (4hrs pre/post noon): £80

Terms and conditions apply. Prices are for bookings in 2025, subject to change and include VAT. Bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to secure a reservation. For prices for parties larger than 20 guests may vary, please enquire for a quotation. Full payment must be cleared seven days prior to arrival.
