This Retreat focuses on “Rewilding” - reverting back to our natural state of being, using nature as our healer and getting away from it all for the weekend. There will be Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama sessions to help you connect back to nature & ultimately yourself, a traditional mindful slow craft session, sunset Meditations & Forest Bathing, a Fire Ceremony to let go of what you no longer need and a Sound Bath.
A wonderful, supportive community of like-minded women from all walks of life will surround you! All meals are provided from Friday evening to Sunday breakfast, the menu is plant-based (other dietary requirements can be catered for, please get in touch).
