This weekend Yoga retreat offers an ideal opportunity to escape and cherish some valuable 'me time,’ as we spend the weekend cocooned in nature reconnecting with ourselves and the nature that surrounds us.
Kathy will guide you through the morning with a Vinyasa Flow practice that will awaken and enliven your energy for the day whilst winding down into the evening with Yin Yoga and restorative practices. and Meditation. The morning and evening classes will encompass a range of Pranayama techniques and meditation to help promote a sense of inner calm.
Over the weekend opportunities to explore the philosophies of yoga, the Koshas and the Yamas and Niyamas (ethical principles) as well as the neuroscience behind yoga's benefits for stress providing you with tools to integrate these ancient yoga practices into daily life.
There will be plenty of time to ask questions about your individual practice to give a more individual experience or simply take time out to read, snooze, bathe in a hot tub, eat delicious home-cooked food, or wander, this is just the ticket to refresh your body, mind, and soul.
