Reconnect & rebalance your well-being in beautiful peaceful surroundings. The weekend gives you the opportunity to step away from normal life and immerse yourself in nature & nurture.
Experience Pilates in the large dome. These classes are suitable for all levels from novices to advanced and by using key Pilates principles & fundamentals you will develop an awareness of rebalancing your body. The focus will also be on strengthening, flexibility, breathwork and fascia release.
Revitalise with nature walks & relaxation amongst the woodlands, lake & flower meadows. Nourish the soul with a cooking demo & other optional wellbeing extras, which include massage, reiki, book discussions & stretch therapy.
